Kent e-commerce product pages

A Kent retailer was selling online with the same product text as every other stockist.

The challenge

The product pages repeated a supplier PDF. A local customer could not tell what this shop sold, how to order, or why the page belonged to them.

Our approach

We rewrote the product pages in the shop’s own words: what the item is, who it is for, and how to buy. The pages stopped being copies of the manufacturer.

The results

  • Product pages a customer can read without a supplier catalogue
  • Copy that belongs to this shop, not every stockist
  • A clearer path from the product to an order
