Organic search

Search engine optimisation

On-page SEO, useful pages and reporting for businesses that want enquiries, not a promise of number one for every keyword.

Search work here is practical. We look at the services you sell, the towns you cover and the pages that already exist, then fix the ones that are thin, duplicated or impossible to understand on a phone.

Core work covers organic search, on-page SEO, relevant citations, keyword research and an activity report. We do not sell bought link schemes.

  • Keyword research tied to real services
  • On-page titles and internal links
  • Content a customer would read
  • A report you can follow

The hard part

If the first page does not show you, most people never scroll

The first few results take almost every click. A business in Sevenoaks or Borough Green can be good at the work and still be invisible if the page Google shows is a directory, a competitor, or a thin page that does not say what you do. We do not chase a ranking for its own sake. We go after the searches a nearby customer types before they enquire.

What the work covers

Four layers, in an order that holds

A quick edit fades. Rankings that last are built in layers. Get the order right and each layer makes the last one more useful.

Technical foundations

Search engines cannot rank a page they cannot crawl or load. We fix indexation, speed on a phone, and the markup that explains what the page is.

Content and on-page

Pages built around a real service and a real town. Titles, headings and internal links that a person can follow, written so they would actually enquire.

Authority

Mentions and links that exist because the business is real: a supplier, a local organisation, a page worth citing. Not a package of bought links.

Local visibility

The map pack and the “near me” searches that bring footfall. The website and the Google listing tell the same story.

The result on Google

The result has to earn the click

A position is only half of it. The line Google shows has to look like the answer.

Titles and descriptions

A clear title and description so the same ranking gets more clicks.

Rich results

FAQ and business markup where it is honest, so the result can show more than a blue link.

Sitelinks

A simple structure so Google can offer links straight to the service, the town or the contact page.

Why it is worth it

SEO keeps working after the invoice

Ads stop when the budget stops. A page that answers a real search keeps receiving visits. Each useful page, listing fix and citation makes the next one easier to find. We report enquiries and the pages that led to them, not a chart of vanity positions.

The whole journey

The whole search, not only your business name

People do not start on your brand. They start with a problem, then compare, then look for someone nearby.

Discover

They have a question and do not know you. Guides and plain answers put the business on the list early.

“how to…”, “what does it cost…”

Compare

They are weighing options. Service pages and real examples make you the credible one.

“best…”, “reviews”, “near me”

Ready to enquire

They want a person in their town. Local and service searches, with a page that lets them call or write.

“plumber in Tonbridge”, “clinic Maidstone”

Cheap SEO usually costs the enquiry

The cheap pattern

  • Reports full of positions that never become a call
  • Bought links that a local business does not need
  • The same paragraph pasted onto every town

What we do instead

  • Pages tied to a service and a place you actually cover
  • Citations you could explain to a customer
  • A short note of what changed and whether anyone got in touch

SEO questions

How long does SEO take to work?

A listing fix or a rewritten service page can change what people see within weeks. Competitive phrases take longer. We say what should move first, and we do not promise a date for “number one”.

What is the difference between SEO and Google Ads?

Ads put you in front of a search while you pay. SEO is the page and the listing that can still be found when the ads are off. Many Kent firms use both: ads for the urgent jobs, SEO for the searches that repeat.

Do you guarantee first-page rankings?

No. Anyone who guarantees a position for every keyword is selling a slogan. We agree the searches that match your work and show whether those pages are being found and used.

How do you measure SEO?

Enquiries, the pages that produced them, and the local searches that now show the right listing. A ranking with no call behind it is not the result.

Will this work outside Kent?

The studio is in London CR5 2NG. Primary markets are London and Kent. The same method works for other UK towns and for remote clients, as long as the page names the place you actually serve.

Do I need new pages, or can you use what I have?

If a page already says the right thing, we improve it. If it is a copy of a supplier’s text, or it could belong to any town in Britain, we write a new one.
