LODAVOICE, based in London CR5 2NG, operates lodavoice.co.uk. This note explains what we collect when you enquire.

What we collect

If you use a form, we receive the name, email, phone, website and message you type. We also keep a short-lived session cookie so the form check can be verified. We do not use that cookie for advertising.

Why

We use the details to reply to the enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, do the work you asked for. The legal basis is steps toward a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact the studio.

Where it goes

Form messages are sent to our email and to a private Telegram chat used by the studio. They are not sold. WhatsApp messages stay in that chat. Hosting is on a server we control.

How long

Enquiry records are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you ask us to refer back to the quote. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that has not become a contract.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the enquiry data we hold, ask us to correct it, or object to how it is used. Contact info@lodavoice.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
