On-site
Write “web design in Sevenoaks” rather than “click here”. Screen readers and Google both prefer that.
Off-site
A local paper calling you “the Borough Green firm” is fine. A hundred exact-match anchors from irrelevant blogs is a pattern Google has seen for 15 years.
